Europe Echelon: Amsterdam – Albert Heijn

This is supposed to be dinner.

With nothing to do, I head to Albert Heijn, a supermarket, and buy my lunch, an Italian Caprese salad and an orange juice. I realize my weight balloons whenever I travel, and since I travel every 3 to 5 months on average, that’s a lot to work off in between. My trip to Kansai was particularly, fattening, for some reason. So, I decided that as much as possible, I’d try to eat clean.
